Once your item has been received we aim to have your online return processed between 1 - 3 business days. Please note during busy sale periods please allow up to 7 business days.
Once you lodge your return via the Australia Post Returns Portal. You will receive updates via email once the return has been received.
If you have opted in for a refund clearing time of funds will be dependent on your financial institution. If your refund has not appeared after 3 business days please contact Customer Care.
Our Online team will follow the exchange instructions on your return form, please fill this out neatly and correctly to avoid any delays. The Online team will create a new order on your behalf, you will receive an order confirmation and shipping updates thereafter.
