Please contact our Customer Care team if you have encountered a faulty item. Please include clear photos of the damaged product and your order ID.
If your item is deemed faulty, the Academy Brand will do its best to replace the item or issue a refund. The Academy Brand will provide you with a return shipment label if the item is deemed faulty.
Please note all faulty items purchased outside of the Academy Brand online or retail stores must be reported and returned to the same store. This is due to different returns and faulty procedures.
