In-Store
If you have gone into a store wanting to exchange an item and the store doesn't have it in stock, the team will be more than happy to direct you to another store who does. If the store is not convenient for you, we can organise getting it sent out to you.
Online
Once you have returned your online order to our HQ, if what you would like to exchange for has sold out, we will notify you straight away. From there, we can get it sent to you from store, provide an exchange for another item or a store credit.
